As a woman in my 50s with over 14 years of experience coaching women through their own health journeys, I understand how frustrating it feels when your body starts changing and the things that used to work suddenly don’t. I’m over 40 and feel stuck. Can you help me?

Yes, and you’re not alone. So many women over 40 feel like their bodies are changing overnight and nothing is working anymore. My programs are built specifically for this season of life, helping you boost energy, shift your body composition, and feel strong again without extreme diets or hours at the gym.

Do I need a gym membership or fancy equipment?

Nope! Everything is designed to be done at home using minimal equipment:  just a few sets of dumbbells and resistance bands. You’ll get effective, efficient workouts you can do in your living room, on your schedule.

What kind of support will I receive?

You’ll have access to my fitness app to track your workouts, progress, and wins; plus a private client portal filled with resources to guide you along the way. You’ll also get daily check-ins, direct messaging with me, and support from a community of other women walking the same path.

How much time do I need to commit each day?

This program was made for busy women. While at least 15-30 minutes of daily gentle movement is advised, most workouts take just 30–45 minutes (2-3 times per week), and the nutrition and lifestyle strategies are designed to fit into real life, not take it over. Progress happens when it’s sustainable.

How do I access everything?

Once you join, you’ll get a private login to your client portal where you’ll find your workouts, resources, and progress tracking. You’ll also be able to chat with me directly and get daily accountability check-ins to keep you moving forward.

What if need more support or a customized plan?

I’ve got you covered. If you’re looking for a higher level of support such as personalized workouts, coaching calls, or live virtual sessions,  I offer options to fit what you need. Let’s talk and see what level of support is right for you.

How soon will I start seeing results?

Most women begin to notice changes in energy, mood, and strength within just a few weeks. Visible changes in body composition often follow shortly after. But this isn’t about a quick fix. It’s about building real momentum that lasts. The goal is to help you feel better in your body and confident in your routine for the long haul.

I have a busy schedule. What if I can't be consistent every day?

That’s okay -  life happens. This program is flexible enough to meet you where you are, whether you're juggling work, family, travel, or all of the above. You don’t have to be perfect to see results. What matters most is progress, not perfection -  and I’ll help you find a rhythm that works for your life.
