6 CLASSES - TUESDAYS @ 12 pm - January 12 - February 16th, 2021

Get ready for Spring Tennis Season with Tennis Fitness Training. Get your heart pumping and muscles fired up with a tennis circuit workout that combine strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, footwork/agility, mobility and injury prevention for tennis players aged 40+.


  • Six week, small group tennis strength and fitness program for adults over 40 who wish to move well on the court, increase endurance and keep their body injury-free for many years to come.
  • Learn how to properly warm up and prepare your body for play
  • Improve your mobility and flexibility so you can move better
  • Increase your strength and power so you can hit and serve harder
  • Improve your footwork and reaction time so you can move quicker
  • Increase your cardio fitness so you can play out and win long points
  • Prevent sudden or nagging injuries from keeping you off the courts
  • Help you recover in between matches or seasons
  • Gain confidence in your ability to move on and off the court


Where: Kildaire Farms Racquet & Swim Club, Cary, NC. Exact location details will be provided upon sign up. 


When: Tuesdays @ 12 pm. January 12, 19, 26 and February 2, 9, 16 of 2021.


$75 for all 6 sessions or $20 per class if you drop in. 

 Reservations required. Limited spots available. 


Note: This is NOT a tennis-drills type class that takes place on the court so no need to bring your tennis gear.  During this strength and cardio circuit we will be working on strength, agility, mobility and cardio conditioning to help you move well when you're on the court.  All tennis levels welcome. All fitness levels welcome, especially those new to fitness!

The details you need to know

  • Tuesdays at noon, January 12 - February 16th.  
  • $75 for the six classes.
  • Classes are held outside and class size is restricted to 10 participants. 
  • We will be using shared equipment and disposable gloves and hand sanitizer will be provided. If you prefer to bring your own equipment please contact me. 
  • Weather:  In case of inclement weather, we will reschedule class to Thursday @ 12pm of that week.  If weather still doesn't cooperate, we will add a class for February 23rd.
  • Bring a water bottle.   No tennis equipment needed.  Wear cross-training/running/walking shoes.
  • Classes are 60 minutes long with a certified tennis fitness trainer. 
  • Advance registration is required by clicking link above. After registering you will receive a confirmation email (please allow 24 hours) and payment information. Payment must be paid in full up front to secure your spot.  Please contact me about payment questions. 
  • Have a friend sign up with you and you will both receive $5 off. (Make note in sign up form in "how did you hear about section").  Does not apply to drop in rate.
